We are looking for 2 Project Manager.
The Project Manager is responsible for every aspect of the project, from planning and execution to final delivery and documentation. The project manager must be thoroughly familiar with the objectives, constraints, risks and resources.
The 5 main responsibilities of a project manager include:
1. Creating the project plan: the project manager is responsible for breaking the project down into specific tasks, assigning tasks to the appropriate team members and creating a reasonable schedule.
2. Creating a strong project team: the project manager assesses the skills needed for each project (i.e. internal interviews, checking internal database - if available), then creates a team that is able to carry out the project to the best of its ability. Depending on the project, he may need to look for people in different functional areas and/or external resources
3. Supervising the project throughout execution: the actual 'management' phase. The project manager supervises the execution of the project and monitors performance, adjusting the schedule or budget as necessary.
4. Acting as an intermediary between the project team and the stakeholders: the project manager reports to the stakeholders involved on the progress made in the execution of the project and manages their expectations.
5. Managing project documentation: The project manager is responsible for the documentation of each phase of the project, including all relevant planning documents, accurate versions of each deliverable, all related communications and lessons learned after the project is completed. This is important for organizing the current project and may also serve as a historical reference for future projects.
