The Innovation & Solutions Specialist for our Company in North America is responsible for:
• Understand the needs and requirements of Partners and Customers to design and propose tailored solutions to consequently meet their expectations.
• Perform laboratory workflows and data analysis by gathering and study customer current environment, requirements, and insights to design and propose state of the art processes.
• Define Lab Automation configuration design and execute performance evaluation by means of simulations against Lab Operation goals and KPI’s.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert in automation workflow and support Partners in reviewing proposed solutions for RFP/RFI
• Coaching Sales to prepare and ensure on-time and complete technical and commercial tender submittal.
• Update Automation Workflow Guidelines
• Preparation of Layout Design based on customer requirements to then be presented and used for commercial requirements
We are looking for candidates with these skills:
· Office Suite – Excel and Power Point, Outlook
· Auto Cad skills
· Deep knowledge and understanding of Clinical Lab environment and Workflows
· Availability to travel, work with flexible schedule, remote + office, part time, etc.
· The job requires 50-65% of the time onsite at customer site; the remaining time is office home based.
Nice to have:
· Professional experience in tendering and sales in the Healthcare sector
· Experience working in Clinical Lab
