Posizione

The Application Service Specialist is responsible for supporting direct clients and partners for automation and middleware products and performing on site activities (installation, upgrades, add-on) and trainings.

Joining the Inpeco Customer Success Team you will have the opportunity to travel around the world and to support the most important Inpeco's Clients and Partners.

Requisiti

We are looking for candidates with:


· At least 2 years of experience in similar role;

· Knowledge of written and spoken English language necessary

· Availability to travel 70% of the time;

· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering;

· Basic knowledge of networking, databases, Linux;

· Experience with automation systems and/or diagnostic instruments is a plus;

· Ability to work to with Software, Computer, Windows O.S.

· Verbal communication skills

· Customer services and telephone support experience or at least dealing with customers experience

· Ability to work under stress.
