Privacy notice within the meaning of the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR
Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter, “GDPR”) and, as far as applicable, pursuant to the Swiss Federal Law of 19 June 1992 on personal data protection (“LPD”), Inpeco (hereinafter “Inpeco” or “Company”), the Data Controller, informs you that the personal data provided by yourself to the Company with the sending of your curriculum vitae or which the Company may obtain when dealing with you to assess your candidacy for hiring purposes, will be processed in accordance with the aforesaid provisions and with the principle of confidentiality which our Company’s business is duly inspired by.
Such processing is solely intended to manage your candidacy in organisational, administrative and operating terms.
Data processing will take place with the paper-based and/or computer collection of your personal data and their recording / management in the Company’s systems.
Your personal data will not be disseminated or communicated to third parties, except in the cases indicated below. In fact, your personal data may be communicated to executives, middle managers and employees engaged in staff selection activities within the Company, and to consultants and external companies engaged in staff selection activities on our behalf in their capacity of data processors appointed by our Company or as autonomous data controllers. In the light of the Company’s international business, such data may be transferred abroad, also outside the European Union.
In some cases your name and surname may be received from Company’s employee who have recommended you for an application and shared you the application link .
The supply of personal data indicated herein is required. If you do not supply the aforesaid data, Inpeco will be prevented from examining your candidacy and going ahead with the selection process. With respect to the data processed as indicated in this privacy notice, you may enforce your statutory rights, including the right:
a) to have access to your personal data, obtaining information on the purposes of processing by the Company, on the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients to whom the same may be disclosed, the period for which the data will be stored, the existence of automated decision-making;
b) to obtain without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you;
c) to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you, where the relevant grounds apply;
d) to obtain restriction of processing, where possible;
e) to request the portability of data provided by yourself to the Company, i.e. to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, also to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from Inpeco;
f) to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisory Authority.

The data provided by yourself will be kept by Inpeco for no more than three years.
